I have recently had a book review and letter to the Connaught Telegraph about rents and HAP thresholds published.
The book, The Statesman as Thinker by Daniel J.Mahoney, explores examples of great statesmen and women in history who were also great thinkers. I ask the obvious question: do we have great statesmen-thinkers today, and contrast such great people with our own country run by the múinteoirí – currently 19 in the Dail!
